The vibrations of the crystal singing bowls will calm the nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. Quartz crystal bowls use specific sound vibrations that align with each chakra and each chakra relates to an individual physical centre. When the brain waves and the body are synchronized or pumped with pure quartz crystal wave tones, the balance can be restored with the auric and physical being. We cant wait to see you. *Bring your yoga mat or blanket . Bring an additional blanket for comfort. *Street Parking is free. The 1 Center is up stairs so please be mindful that you will be walking up steps to the healing studio location.
