Part of the Alphabet Mafia? Identify as LGBTQ+?QUEER Yoga Sundays offers a communal space for folks to gather, move, and breathe together. We will connect and hold space for each other.We'll meet at 10am and take a moment to settle in with brief introductions and an opportunity to get to know one another. An all levels practice will be offered with options for hands on assists. The practice is offered a sliding scale donation of $5 - $30. Cash or Venmo @notSt3ven. Feel free to donate more if you'd like!Bring a snack for afterwards if you'd like! We'll have more time to connect with one another after the practice. A few things you might want to bring:Yoga mat or towelWaterSnacksPractice will be held at Allumen Yoga in RINO on 26th & Lawrence in studio B. Space is limited to 15 folks. Register early!
