It seems like every time you walk in to a liquor store during November every wine goes well with Turkey. To truly get a good look at what wines you should serve your family at Turkey day we've put together a Thanksgiving food and wine pairing. We will be pairing our wines with a sweet potato casserole topped with Vermont maple syrup and a pecan crust, next we'll have oven roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy. Of course stuffing is a must so Chef Torres will be putting together a sage and onion stuffing, as well as truffle mac and cheese, and finally a sugar pumpkin with honey pie! As we taste through the wines and food we will learn why the wine compliments the food!
