Need Someone to Patch Hole in Stucco

There used be a screw with something like an eye head but open so you could attach things, screwed into front of my home to attach wreaths etc to. Over time it loosened up, to point it broke free. Hole is about 1/2 inch. I need the hole patched with new screw in place. Please respond with related experience and tell me how you would propose accomplishing the fix. Thank you!
