Help me replace bathroom fan

The current bathroom fan turns on, but no real power to it. I'm pretty sure it is the original one from when this place was built. It doesn't need to look like the one I took out, I'm just showing you how old this thing is. If you want to quote me on labor alone, then the two of us can go shopping on the weekend so I buy the new fan. If you want to quote me parts & labor, please note that you have to have a way to accept cc payments (Paypal works for me). If you need cash, then depending on the cost, I may need to break into payments. Best days for work to be done is Friday, Saturday & Sunday anytime. If you are not available those days, then weekday evenings are fine after 530pm. Please email or text only. No calls.
