Stair Stringer Job

I am looking for someone to build, install, and finish a stair stringer for my stairs down to the basement. $200 for materials and labor. When I looked up materials on HD they were about $42 per board x 2 = $84. I also have tons of caulk and paint, so no need to buy more. I don’t want exactly what the photo shows. It’s a stairway to the basement so it doesn’t need to be fancy. Also, I would be happy to discuss compensation in detail. I am just weary of people overpricing for materials I can buy at cost. Thanks.
