Intact male hound, brown and black, medium/large found in the road dragging leash - very strong boy. Found with female yellow lab mix with speckled white paws. Found 10/30/22 at 5:30pm near Springdale Adventist Fellowship. Definitely together. Will be at Springdale Animal Shelter on Don Tyson.
