Medium/Large black dog is running around on the sidewalk in front of the two homes across from Food Saver and the yard / vacant lot behind the sidewalk.
Could not get a good photo. Tried to bring some treats to lure the dog to me to see if I saw a tag, but it was dark and I didn't want to get to close and scare the dog into the road so I gave up.
It seems like the dog knows not to go into the road, it is roaming the sidewalk but seemed to not go past that boundary. Really worried about this sweet dog so near a busy street.
Checked and this dog did not belong to the owners at the nearest house, but they said he/she had been around for a few hours by then. If you go here and don't see the dog on the sidewalk it may have run back behind the trees in the vacant lot, that is what the dog did when I tried to offer it treats.
