We have 4 black and tan mini dachshund puppies. Raised in our home with our kids. Mom and dad are both purebred mini dachshunds. Mom is 13 pounds (so not a mini by weight but her parents are 8 and 9 pounds) Dad is 8 pounds and long haired. All the babies are shorthair like mom.
