About FundraiserCart FundraiserCart is one of the leading school fundraising platforms west of the Mississippi. We specialize in helping schools and other groups raise money through online and offline product sales and donations. We provide the products, platform, and system that schools and other groups use to go out and sell. Products range from cookie dough, chocolate bars, candles, popcorn and more. Our goal is to make it easy for schools and groups to raise the money they need to fund what is important to them. About the Job As a FundraiserCart packer, you'll play a dynamic role in our company helping fulfill customer orders. Packers are responsible for a variety of tasks, including packing and shipping online orders, packing bulk orders, preparing marketing packets, and putting together fundraiser starting packets for students and schools. We are looking to fill a variety of shifts. Packers generally work a selection of shifts Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional weekend hours also available. We offer flexible hours and days. As a packer, you will have the ability to tell us your schedule and we will fit you in accordingly. You tell us the days and times that work for you. However, it is best if you can commit to at least 3-hour or longer shifts at a time. We are looking for people with availability between 10 and 30 hours per week. This is a seasonal job with most work happening between now and mid-December, then starting up again during the spring semester. As a fast-growing company, there is also room for advancement for those looking for growth opportunities. Job Requirements • Must be able to lift 25lb (normally more like 5lb) • Must be attentive to details • Must be willing to take the work seriously, but still have fun • Must be able to follow processes that ensure quality control and proper order fulfillment • Really, it’s all fairly simple. You put things in boxes and envelops. However, this role is the beating heart of the business. It can be fast paced, but we don’t like stress, so we work hard to make it all as straightforward as possible. • Must see your job as more than just a packer. Packing boxes may be your task, but your job is fulfilling a key role in helping make fundraising fun and easy for our schools, groups, and their families, and supporters.
