We are hiring installers to join our Christmas lighting and decorations installation crew. Seeking self-starter with an eye for detail and a good attitude and personality. Must be able to represent our company as a respectful member capable of simple client interaction (you will not be asked to address costs or anything of that sort). Must be comfortable with and able to work from a ladder or elevated position. Must be comfortable with and able to work from and above the roof, to scale the hips and ridges. The roof access requirements are limited but a necessity on some of our larger installations. Must be able to review, problem solve and "think" to work in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Must be able to maintain an efficient pace of work to complete the jobs on the schedule, which will account for early freezing temps and potential forecasted weather concerns. Must have reliable transportation to west Fort Worth/Parker County area and be dedicated to being on time. Must have the ability to work in varying weather conditions, however we do not work in rain and freezing conditions. Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior Christmas lighting and decoration experience preferred, but not required. Drivers will be reimbursed for mileage.
