I have multiple scopes of work for a large residential home (4,800 square feet): 1) Re-grout my flooring with darker grout. I have the grout colors/brand I want to use. 2) Paint 8 exterior doors. I have the color paint I want to use. 3) Caulk baseboards where they are coming off the walls. I am accepting bids for the job.
