We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive technician to join our team at Argos European. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing European vehicles. Your duties will include inspecting and repairing vehicles. To succeed in this role, you should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of basic mechanics. You should have your own tools and corresponding equipment. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with excellent communication. Mechanic Responsibilities: Conduct regular maintenance on automotive vehicles. Assemble mechanical components according to specifications. Examine engines and systems and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality. Perform vehicle assessments and alert clients on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection. Mechanic Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Certification from a vocational school or trade school is preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving. Excellent communication skills. This position starts at $27 per hour flat rate meaning your pay depends on billed hours you created. with room to grow. It is your responsibility to keep your hours up this repair facility is extremely busy with no shortage of work. The repair facility is climate controlled with A/C. This location also has two master European technicians on staff to assist starting this position.
