Landscaper needed

I am in need of an expereinced landscaper to build a mulch bed around the side of my house. The dimentions are 24 feet by 6 feet by 6 feet. There will be a 84 17inch by 6 inch blocks to build out this mulch bed. After we build the bed, I will need this person to spread out dirt and mulch. I will provide all of the materials. Please provide a price and pictures of previous work to be consitdered. See attached pics.
