Early morning Oct 30th my friend’s sweet indoor black cat got out around the Rock Creek neighborhood (NE 12th and 140th Ave NE) in Bellevue. She will be very timid and scared. She should be wearing a collar with her name (Serrano), but it possible it could’ve come off. She is small in build, but a little heavy Please call/text if you see one around that area! If you can try to catch her.
