POTUS Biden said in a speech in Pennsylvania that there are 54 states. You may not believe this, but Biden speaks truth. In the many Executive Orders he signed into law in the first two weeks of his presidency, he designated four areas of some land somewhere as states that encompass the U.S.A. Trouble is, we don't know what these are yet. So he is NOT senile as what a growing number of people are starting to believe.
