He says his real name is Juan Parades after you hire him He scammed neighbor took money to do some jobs but disappeared and stole items from the house of the widow who is a senior.He will tell lies and claim he will buy material after taking money. He is of Asian origin raised in America. He is very heartless and cruel. Please beware. He has several business cards one is Garden guru, but he doesn't know much about gardening. He claims to also be a chef, just seems like the a jack of all trade scammer. Beware.
