Job description Now hiring for Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks necessary to maintain and enhance the value of apartment community located in Camden NJ. Full time, Full Medical/Dental benefits after 90 days, excellent management company. Physical Requirements: Examples are but are not limited to; frequent bending and/or stooping, standing, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, grasping and manipulation of tools, parts and materials, lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when using machinery, equipment and performing other essential maintenance tasks. Job Responsibilities: Must be willing & available for emergency on call rotation to answer after hour emergency service calls Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies at appropriate levels Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures Communicate effectively with residents, fellow employees, vendors and supervisors Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns; and to ensure that physical condition of the community is maintained Perform other maintenance/repair work as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Provide Own Basic Hand Tools Compensation: Full Time Starting at $17 Medical/Dental Benefits
