We are a 3rd generation, family owned, septic services company based in Ferndale, Washington. Our employees are our #1 priority. We are looking for a Septic Pumping Technician. Our technicians are fully trained to provide the best possible service for our customers and we are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike. This is an essential service industry and a growing company with opportunities for advancement. We provide system pumping, evaluation, repairs and installation services. This is Local work, home every night, some overtime and rotating schedule for on call emergencies. Requirements: Be a quick learner Able to use smartphone technology, operate a tablet and google calendar. Enjoy working outside in all weather conditions. Have good people skills and able to write clearly. Have a good CDL class B or above driving record and be on time and punctual. Able to pass a drug test and physical exam and able to lift 100lbs Responsibilities when trained: Safely drive and operate a CDL Septic Pump Truck. Represent Baker Septic in a positive manner. Learn to be a good communicator and problem solver. Operate pumps and pump tanks safely and efficiently. Use equipment and resources to locate tanks if necessary. Troubleshoot issues, communicate needs with customers and follow through to resolutions. Perform necessary digging to access tanks for service if necessary.
