Last year's event was a major success. We decided to bring the event back with a kick! Join Legally Black & Educated in partership with the University of the District of Columbia School of Law 'Women's Law Society' for a Sneaker Ball! Legally B.A.E.'S Holiday Charity Sneaker Ball is a formal event. We are asking all guests to wear formal suits or tuxedos, dresses/gowns (can vary in length as long as it is formal), and SNEAKERS of any sorts. Please no jeans, sweats, tights, dress shoes, high heels, sandals, slides, t-shirts, or any other non-formal garments. Dress to impress! We would appreciate a donated toy from each guest, after all tis' the season of giving. Each toy donated will recieve (1) raffle ticket upon entry. One toy = 1 raffle ticket. Two toys = 2 raffle tickets. The winner of the raffle will receive a cash prize at the event! Both the General Admission Ticket and the Law Student Ticket includes open bar. H'dourves will be served. Advance tickets only!!! No tickets will be sold at the door. Please note the following: Formal dress attire is required. SNEAKERS, SNEAKERS, SNEAKERS! No dress shoes please. The event is being held at a private venue. Proper etiquette is required. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Additionally, masks are required to enter the building. Guests not affiliated with the University will need to show proof of vaccination. Thank you!
