Join us as we bring Northern Italy to Rose Tavern for a 5-course Wine Pairing Dinner on the night of Wednesday, November 16th from 6PM-9PM. Schedule of events: 6:00PM - Cocktail hour in Rose Tavern 6:30PM - Taste of Italy Wine Pairing Dinner Begins 8:30PM - Dinner concludes and all guests are invited to stay for after hours in the Library Bar The menu is as follows: 1st Course: JB breads, borlotti beans, sardines, evoo Paired with: Vigliacco Brut Rose 2nd Course: Bay scallop, fall apple, radicchio, puttanesca Paired with: Musa Trebbiano Di Lugana 3rd Course: Fried ravioli, braised pork, guanciale, vanilla, mascarpone, sauce Rose Paired with: Classic Ripasso Bugiardo 4th Course: Bison, saffron polenta, gremolata, marrow, garden herbs Paired with: Recioto Della Valpolicella 5th Course: Cheese and Truffles Paired with: Amarone Della Valpolicella Tickets are $200 per person (inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees). "Make it an Overnight" ticket option available for $570 (includes 2 tickets to the dinner, 1 guest room for the night of the event, and inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees). All guests must be 21+.
