Let's Walk Across the George Washington Bridge and onto the Palisades

We will begin at the corner of W. 178th St. and Fort Washington Avenue, in Washington Heights, near the 177th St. exit from the A train subway station. (A Parking garage is also nearby on Broadway). After using the facilities at the Bus Station, if necessary, we will walk across the first bridge across the Hudson to Manhattan and to the Long Path on the Palisades Interstate Park and walk through the woods, at times along the edge of the towering rocks, and by historic sites, to the Nature Center in Tenafly, and then down past a number of historic homes to the Diner for lunch!
