Adults 21+ are welcome About the Instructor: Tarrytown-based Jairo Triguero is most well-known as the manager at Grape Expectations where he helps clients find the perfect wine or spirit to accompany their meals. Trained at the PA Culinary Institute in the Le Cordon Bleu program, Jairo is passionate about whiskey and making it accessible to the public, which he does through his business Spirit House Rules.
