The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, partnered with the National Shooting Sports Foundation, is offering a First Shots Basic Handgun Clinic. This class is designed for new gun owners who want to become more proficient and comfortable handling their firearms, and also for those who plan to purchase a handgun in the future. The event will take place on Nov. 26, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Lee Kay Public Shooting Range in Salt Lake City.
What to expect:
A lesson from experts in a classroom setting.Range time to practice the skills learned in the class (you will need to bring a handgun and the correct ammunition).
