Patron Tequila presents long time friend Francisco Garcia, Executive Chef, from FOKO with Jake Snyder, Executive Chef, Noche Collaboration. Join us for a night of celebration and creativity. For the first time ever FOKO, Noche Mexican BBQ, and Patron come together to transport you to Mexico City, Mexico. Dinner includes 4 course meal inspired from the travels of Chef Garcia and Snyder. Appetizer: smoked salmon and prosciutto tostada Cold smoked salmon, 600 day aged Parma prosciutto, manchego cheese, tequila compressed pear, radish, and fresh greens Entrée: Grilled lamb chops with salsa macha Marinated lamb chops, couscous, butternut squash crema, salsa macha, and tequila pickled shallot Beef tenderloin tamale Oaxacan black mole, beef tenderloin, sesame seeds, Oaxaca cheese, and baby lettuce Dessert: Puff pan de muertos Coffee custard, sprinkles, chantilly cream Includes Patron Margarita on arrival.
