It’s time for Samhain (SOW-in) aka Irish Halloween! We’re celebrating this ancient Celtic festival, which marks the beginning of winter as well when the veil between our world and the supernatural realm is at its thinnest, with a family-friendly night of céilí dancing, bonfires, pints and games! Join us as we revel in all things spooky and fun with dear friends Jump 2-3 providing live Irish music! 6 pm: doors open; Irish dance basics tutorial 7 pm: The first céilí dance begins! S’mores kits will be available for $1; light refreshments will be provided The Wee Ones (fairies) will be hiding all over the building! Find as many as you can for a chance to win prizes. To honor the ones who’ve gone before us, we’ll have an altar set up to pay homage to their memories. Bring a photo or memento of a loved one or pet to place on the altar so we can pay our respects as a community.
