I have a 1.5 y/o Golden Retriever named Ezio - pronounced ET-ZEE-OH (male, neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated & I still have his pedigree papers) looking to rehome. He's amazing with kids and other bigger dogs. Not so much small dogs/cats, which is the reason I would like to rehome him. I've given him over a year to get along with my little Maltese with no success, he is simply too energetic/excited, and likes to knock the littler dogs around, and never understands his own strength. My cat wants nothing to do with him. Honestly, I love him, and so does my husband, it is really hard to part with him but logically he is just not the right fit for our family and he needs a better life. He is the sweetest dog, just looking for love. He literally loves everyone. He's been to pet training, and knows 'Sit', 'Lay Down', 'Stay', and 'Leave It', and ofc "No.". He does not chew cables or shoes but he will chew walls if he is too long in the crate. He still tries to jump on people, it's been hell trying to get him to stop, so if you are elderly he might not be a good fit. 100% potty trained. He's mouthy but never bit anyone. Honestly he's really the perfect dog despite not getting along with our other small dogs.
