Join us for all-you-can-eat gumbo samples and cast your vote for the best bowl! Tickets are $15/person. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert because you won’t want to miss out on the baked goods! Competitors may be individuals, teams, or restaurant representatives and are asked to make at least 50 servings of their best gumbo. Gumbo may be cooked on-site OR brought ready to serve. The public will sample gumbo from 11:00am-1:00pm and the winner will be announced at 1:30pm.
