This powerful cohort will lead this event and is collaborating to shape and design outreach on: Our energy future in the face of climate changeEnvironmental justice and how communities of color will be more harmed by climate changeHow can we create a JUST and EQUITABLE energy transition that benefits YOU and the communityWhat is community solar and how is it a tool for putting benefits of solar energy in the hands of COMMUNITYInforming community members on climate change, climate impacts, our energy system and how to make it more fair and equitableFundamentally shifting how we get our energy and who benefits, besides the Xcel CEO who makes $22 million a year on our dime and wants to raise electricity rates by 20% next year!
