Puppy needing a forever home

Hello 👋 I have a puppy that is in need of a good home my neighbors are elderly and are unable to further care for her. She is about 10 weeks old. No shots that I’m aware of yet. She will come with a leash and a bag of food. She’s very playful, cuddly and good with other animals and small children. My neighbors say they’re not sure on what breed she is & that they’ve started potty training with her but has a few accidents on the puppy pad Asking for rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home
