Celebrate National Adopt-A-Senior Pet Month community expo

Come learn about different organizations in our community that encourage adoption of senior pets, as well as businesses that provide services to senior pet owners. Event is free, and refreshments will be served. Door prizes will be awarded every half hour! Donations will be accepted for Leon County Humane Society to care for and transport pets affected by Hurricane Ian, and also pet food can be donated for clients of Elder Care Services. Organizations like It's Meow or Never, Polo's Refuge, Feline Advocates of Leon County, will be promoting the work they do for animals in our community. Businesses like Animal Angels, Healing Hands mobile vet, Tallahassee Lassie in-home pet care, D'Ogee Pet Waste Servies, and the Fat Cate Cafe and Bookstore will also be available to discuss the services they provide to pet owners.
