Instructor: Pinky Ormand
Join Pinky Ormand, horticulturist at Leu Gardens, and learn all about Aroids, these amazing yet common plants. In this hands-on workshop, everyone will receive an Aroid in a pot and learn how to make a moss pole. Wear appropriate shoes for walking in the gardens and bring your pruners.
Pinky Ormand is a horticulturist at Harry P. Leu Gardens and maintains the Idea Garden, White Garden, Butterfly Garden and the Camellia Collection. Pinky attended the University of Central Florida where she graduated with a B.A. in Art and has also earned a Landscape & Horticulture Technology degree from Valencia College.
Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit.
Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
