Meet Whiskey Sour, he’s a 1.5 year old mini Aussie mix. Moms a purebred but got out while she was in heat and they didn’t know who dad was. Whiskey needs a home who has someone to spend lots of time with him. He’s still intact and not established with a vet. Pros- Knows sit, lay down, wait, and has a good recall. Whiskey has grown up with my other dog and does well with dogs and cats (but plays too hard). Kennel trained Entertains himself when not being interacted with Rides well in vehicles Leash trained but has a hard time remembering not to pull on it. Cuddle bug Knows not to be on furniture (but likes to push limits) Cons- Timid Intact Protective Short, and I mean short, attention span. Pees when he’s afraid Afraid of some men Aggressive chewer(only on toys) Whiskey needs a lot of work. He needs room to run and a job to keep him focused. I’m moving into an apartment and no longer have the room/time to give to him. Please be kind, this has been a very tough decision. The person I adopted him from when he was a puppy, told me he had Al his shots but never provided proof. I will be asking for a small rehoming fee. I’d like to keep his collar and tag since it has my phone number on it. He’s a good boy, just needs someone to work with him more than I can offer.
