D&D RV Center, LLC in Helena is growing! We have an opening for a PDI/Camper College Tech. We can hire this position immediately or you could start in early January. You must have strong customer service skills, some technical skills, be able to work independently but also be part of team. You MUST be drug free, drama free and have a great attitude. This is a full time position with benefits including paid vacation after one year, health insurance, 401K and more. You will be required to work some Saturday's. This job is not limited to the following responsibilities and is subject to change at anytime. *First and most important job is customer service. You must give complete attention to customers and provide superior service. *You must have a positive attitude towards the customer, your job, your fellow employees and your employer. *Perform quality and thorough PDI (pre-delivery inspection) to both new and pre-owned RV’s following a detailed checklist. This is vital to high customer satisfaction! *Install aftermarket accessory items to both new and pre-owned RV’s. *Perform minor repairs to both new and pre-owned RV’s. *Do a detailed, thorough and professional orientation or walk-through with the new owner of the RV when they arrive to pick it up. *Work with both the service and sales dept.’s to ensure a smooth delivery process. *Maintain a clean and safe work environment. *Set up and explain weight distribution hitch and sway control on travel trailers. *Set up tie downs on slide in truck camper sales. *Educate customers on preventative maintenance. *Saturday’s are required. *Have Fun!
