Lost/Stolen Phone - Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra - $50 reward

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was lost/stolen at Uncle Mo's in downtown Renton last night (10/28). Find My Phone showed it being walked from there to a spot behind the Sunset Walgreens between 3:15AM-4:00AM the morning of 10/29. Walgreens employees had not seen it. There is a small encampment right where Find My Phone was indicating the device was last registered but it either died or was turned off around 4AM. I tried to look in the encampment and talked with the fellow who seemed to reside in it but didn't have any luck. I don't have very high hopes, but if anybody happens to see it or hear any information I would really appreciate it if you could shoot me an email, and I would be happy to give you some cash.
