Landscape Installation Crew Members Needed $20 base starting pay

Hello Austin! We are a small company with a big punch and are looking to add to the family. We design and install really cool landscapes all day 5 days a week. This is a paid workout, most days. Other days we get to take it a little easier. However, this can be a physically demanding job. When the time comes, everyone needs to rise to the occasion. We have been in business 18 years by word of mouth. We have never advertised. We just do amazing work. If let me know if you have you have other skills like, bobcat operator, Masonry, Carpentry etc.. You will need to be able to do heavy lifting, when needed without hurting yourself. I ask that a guy be able to lift 100 lbs without hurting himself. Smarter guys will know how to use tools to lift 100 lbs. easily. Currently we are 9 crew guys strong. We need to be 10-12 guys strong. We are very busy. Requirements: Good Attitude Solid Work Ethic Self-Starter Articulate Your own reliable Transportation The best way to interview for this job is for you to jump on the crew. We can all decide if we want to work together easily that way. I give guys a 2 week tryout period to get acclimated and show they can be a valuable teammate. You will be paid the starting crew rate of $20 per hour during the tryout. I give raises and bonuses often. If you earn it, you will get it. I pay people what they're worth to the team. Everyone has different pay but the base starts at $20. My starting pay for crew is higher because I guarantee our work for 1 year. I am not in the business of replacing landscapes. We need smart guys who pay attention to detail. My guys get raises and bonuses quickly after making it through the trial period. Some guys get up to $23 within the first 6 months.
