I own the vacant residential lot at 1738 Palm Rd, Ormond Beach, 60 ft wide x 160 ft deep. Immediate need is to clear the land, make piles on Palm Rd before the Ian Hurricane trucks come. The standing water is already gone. I have an electric chainsaw to clear. Then build a 3 bdrm 2,300 sq ft home. Must know: Concrete, footers and slab (I will have cement trucks pour it).. framing, stucco, cinder block, drywall, roofing. flooring. I have a GC: Stan Hoelle, to pull Volusia County (not Ormond Beach) permits. I will have all supplies delivered from Lowes, I have a Pro acct there. I will pay you $600 /week, less taxes, on my payroll. You live in the construction trailer for free. Elect and water free, I pay my immed S neighbor Chad for this. Already hooked up. No toilet in trailer. 15 ft x 8 ft wide, with excellent ventilation and an AC unit in the window. It's there now, see pic. Must pass background check.
