We mainly work in 2-man teams helping our clients move in and/or out of their residence into a moving truck. We are looking for hardworking individuals that enjoy physical activity and provide excellent customer service. WE DO NOT DRIVE THE TRUCK, we load and unload the moving truck. - WHAT WE OFFER - - $30/hr + Tips - Independent Contractor/1099 Work - Quick Pay - On-job Training - Got a buddy/worker to work with you? We offer $65/hr per team! - REQUIREMENTS - - Must Be At Least 18 Years of Age. - Ability & Stamina to Lift Heavy Items (100 lbs or more) Repeatedly - GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. (We can help set it up for you if needed.) - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Positive, Professional Attitude & Demeanor - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Pass a Federal Background Check - Valid Drivers License - Reliable Transportation - RESPONSIBILITIES - - Customer Service & Safety is Key! - Heavy Lifting & Stamina. Able to lift up to 100 lbs while walking up and down stairs throughout the day and maneuver large, heavy objects at awkward angles. - Planning, Communication & Teamwork. Being on the same page with each other and coordinating solutions with the client. - Ability to assemble and unassemble many different types of furniture without damaging it. - Wrapping protective material around the selected furniture.
