I guess you never heard of GigSalad? our average gig paid $500 - $820 (which means all those gigs paid for our album) nice try..... My suggestion, stop focusing on finding the right band members, work on yourself, that way when they find YOU they wont be disappointed. Talk to us in 3 yrs when you are all sick of each other and cant get a paid gig, see if your Americana band is still together.
