Rochester, VT needs a new stop sign

Do you see the stop sign in this photo? This is the intersection of School St. and VT Rt. 100. I've lived on School St. for 9 years, and the stop sign in this photo has been like this the whole time. There is no paint on the sign at all. Also, the octagonal shape of the sign is partially obscured by a rectangular sign mounted behind it. I don't think that this is a safe situation, especially at the intersection of a state highway. This is the kind of thing that all too often is dealt with AFTER an accident. Could we please get a new sign?
