FOUND 2 DOGS URGENT

FOUND 2 DOGS ON 10/28 ROAMING ON DEVONSHIRE DR IN WINDSOR PARK. Young female german shepherd mix, not spayed, about 55-65lbs Young male chihuahua mix, not neutered, about 10lbs No collars or chips. Found with fleas and are both a little thin. I CANNOT KEEP THEM ANY LONGER DUE TO MY HEALTH. Shelters are not taking in animals and I haven't found the owners. If you can house them and take over searching for their owner, please PLEASE contact me. I called 311 to report them and posted on other social media platforms, but I haven't had any luck yet. Both are very friendly and like to play with each other. They are definitely bonded. German shepherd does jump a lot, but is sweet. Chihuahua loves sleeping on my lap. Neither are great on the leash, but if walked separately it's doable. I'm assuming the owner kept them outside often, so a backyard would be great for them. I would love to be able to keep them until I found the owner, but at this point I'm risking my life due to my health. I also have a dog-aggressive dog that has to be kept separately from them, so everyone is incredibly stressed out.
