Description

Intruder breaks into the Pelosi residence. Paul calls 911. Paul confronts and grabs the hammer used by the intruder. COPs show up very quickly and observe Paul and the intruder holding the hammer. COPs order "drop the hammer". Paul releases control of the hammer per COPs orders. Intruder uses the hammer to strike Paul in the head, he doesn't follow COPs orders, criminals never do. COPs see the attack happening and tackle the intruder and arrest him. Paul is taken to the hospital with injured head. Intruder is a nudist druggy who is now being categorized by the left as a Conservative. =============================================================== Summary: COPs quickly responded and treated it as a property crime, they were fighting over a hammer. The intruder was unarmed so the COPs couldn't use lethal force on him. Even after the intruder nearly killed Paul the COPs were careful to not use deadly force on the intruder, he has rights ya know. Net result: COPs not implicated in injuring the intruder. COPs not going to prison. Intruder not injured. Victim injured, as they always are. Perfect outcome per current criminal justice system.
