Steak night used to be good but I’ve now had 50% steaks burnt to a char and some inedible. If I order Medium I get bloody rare, medium well I get well done charred. There are free classes on YouTube on how to cook a mouthwatering steak. It’s 6oz sirloin, some thicker or thinner, simple science. I’ve not eaten your other items.
