FULLTIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR / HANDYMAN NEEDED FOR REPAIR PROJECTS IN VARIOUS TRADES FOR A LARGE COMMERCIAL BUILDING A real estate development company needs a construction contractor / handyman full time on a long-term basis to perform repair projects in various skilled trades on a large commercial building. Applicants who are skilled in several trades are preferred, such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. However, applicants do not need to be skilled in every trade. Please do NOT apply if you are ONLY skilled at demolition, cleaning, landscaping, and/or painting and drywalling. None of that type of work is needed at this time. Individuals are strongly preferred. General contracting companies will be considered ONLY IF they perform the work themselves (rather than subcontracting it out) and are able to work fulltime. Handyman service companies that serve multiple customers will not be considered.
