Lead Guitar needed for working band

We are a 4-piece rock cover band with a lead singer that can ply rhythm and lead guitar, but likes to focus more on singing than lead gt. We like to play songs that most other bands don't play, but everyone knows and loves. We cover artists such as Foo Fighters, Black Crowes, Blink 182, Weezer, Zeppelin, ZZ Top........with an energetic edge. The band likes to work 2-3 gigs a month and we are booked steady. This is an easy going, no drama situation with players that do their homework and show up prepared. Our current lead player is in several other projects and will be out of pocket too often over the next year. He is going to step back from the band. We are looking for a solid, seasoned player that can handle most of the lead guitar duties, enjoys playing rock, blues, and maybe a little punk or country.
