EXPERIANCED GROUNDSMAN position is available for an individual with a strong work ethic who is able to work independently, enjoys learning new skills, and likes working outdoors. THIS IS PHYSICAL LABOR: You will need to meet the following requirements: - have some chainsaw and chipper experience - have a high school diploma or GED - legally authorized to work in the US - have a valid driver’s license - be willing to submit to a drug screening post-offer - be able to lift 75-100+ pounds - have the ability to perform strenuous labor in all weather conditions - willingness to learn techniques and the proper use of tools from senior or more experienced crew members Daily tasks, skills, and responsibilities include: • Assisting the climber • Dragging brush, using chainsaws, chippers and other standard tree service equipment • Ensuring a hazard-free work area. Including reporting any issues or safety hazards to the climber or other relevant parties and adhering to company and environmental regulations at all times
