About us Reno Nevada. Great opportunity, Prestige Real Estate Investments, LLC, a California based company is looking for a Maintenance Tech worker familiar with the Construction Trade. The individual must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Construction Trade with the following skills: • Schedule maintenance of interior and exterior, plumbing, drywall, painting,flooring tile, carpet, and electrical. Turn vacant units and make them ready to move-in. • Responding to work order request. • Remodeling bathrooms, kitchen and spaces real state investment properties. • Troubleshooting and problem solving • Keep accurate records of complete work orders, material used, and descriptions of work complete. • May be asked to handle after-hours emergencies at overtime pay. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • Must be resourceful, self-motivated, creative, and flexible. • Must work independently with little supervision • Must have a valid driver licensed and copy of driving record for the last 2 years • Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance for necessary travel in the Washoe county area. • Must supply own tools, truck, and cell phone. • 10 Years’ general building experience. • Vocational/technical/construction maintenance school experience helpful. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Spanish-speaking is great, but not must. • Team-oriented • Basics man skills ( adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying) • Great and organizing jobs, good attention to detail follow through, and meeting deadlines. • Strong customer service. • Must pass a drug test and background check Job types full-times, part time. Hourly rate $30.00 -$35.00 per hour, Based on experience Benefits • Annual bonus based on performance bases on work performance • Must have a reliable Utility vehicle. • 2 weeks of vacation per year. • Monthly gas allowance
