Entry level positions start at 15.00 per hour with plenty of overtime opportunities. Experienced associates’ pay is commensurate with their experience. Here you will learn and perform basic maintenance services on Subaru vehicles including • Oil Changes • Tire Rotations • Filter Replacements • Wiper Blade Replacements • Light Bulb Replacements • Battery Replacements As you gain more knowledge, and demonstrate that you can perform the basic services with precision, you will be taught more complex services including • Brake Pad Replacement • Fluid Exchanges • Module Programming • Minor Repairs Associates that demonstrate the aptitude and professional attitude are then placed into an apprenticeship under a Senior Master Technician who will teach you how to perform complex diagnostics and repairs to all aspects of Subaru vehicles.
