Looking for a HANDYMAN or people experienced in below areas, who can handle some maintenance issues that have accumulated, on property I manage, while my handyman has been out of commission. Need someone two days a week, perhaps more to start. Scope of work presently in need of: Oven not going on, Exterior door roof overhang reshingle, Few missing shingles on a few homes 1-3 story,, change out some wood and reshingle 8x6 roof overhang over exterior door, chunk of cement stair broken off(cement stair rebuild),, crack on cement wall, rebuild driveway wall, leaf clean up(must be able to bag and haul away), flooring(state which kind you have experience in-vinyl,laminate,porcelain, hardwood refinishing, loose deck handles or board changeouts, vinyl siding repairs, Tiling-wall backsplash, replace closet doors, cabinetry- install kitchen cabinet. changing out carpets, plastering walls or ceilings, electrical)not necessary but helpful) = plugs, lighting changes, recessed lighting replacing or installing ceiling fans, bathroom vent, appliance repair (not necessary but helpful),refrigerator ice maker line, microwave or vent replacement or installs Must be able to work alone, have very good trouble shooting skills, and a good demeanor.
