I own a printing company that I have to downsize. I currently own a 2000 square foot storefront, but I'm looking for something in the range of 200 to 400 square foot office or room to work out of so I can keep business running. If possible, I'm looking to pay around $500 to $750. I would be looking to move after the holidays. I'm looking in the Massapequa, Seaford, Farmingdale, Bethpage, Wantagh, Levittown area. I'm dependable, but due to the shutdown & the economic downturn from past 2 & a half years, I can't work with the current overhead of a 2000 square foot storefront.
